Cottonique
Hypoallergenic, allergy-friendly clothing in 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton — no spandex, elastane or latex anywhere in the fabric or bands.
GOTS scope certificate SC-017097-0 (IDFL, valid to 2026-11-04) covers Cottonique's organic-cotton range — brand-level, not a per-SKU licence per item.
Is Cottonique GOTS certified?
Yes. GOTS licence SC-017097-0 is on file, issued by IDFL Laboratory and Institute Inc., and I last checked it against the public register on 2026-07-08.

Faye's take
Cottonique's organic-cotton range is covered by a verified GOTS scope certificate (SC-017097-0, IDFL, valid to Nov 2026) — I've checked the licence on the GOTS public database. That's a brand scope certificate covering their range, not a separate per-SKU licence per item. The strictest brand I've found for sensitive-skin and allergy sufferers: absolutely no spandex, elastane or latex in the fabric or bands — the elastic in the waistbands is encased cotton-thread loops rather than rubber. Honest caveat: the optional removable pads in some bras use lightweight polyurethane foam, which they disclose clearly (same approach as The Very Good Bra). If you've got an Ovine sensitivity profile set to eczema, latex allergy or chemical sensitivity, this is one of the only brands that grades A+ across underwear, sportswear and sleepwear.
How they started
Cottonique was founded by Vinnie Genomal and Nikhiel Genomal, who knew about living with difficult skin conditions and how the right clothing can change how a person approaches the world. They created the brand to invite others with sensitive skin to experience that change.
