Faye's take
Lithuanian linen, OEKO-TEX 100 across the range — meaning every batch is independently tested for harmful chemical residues. They sit in tier 2 only because OEKO-TEX is a chemical-residue test, not an organic-farming standard like GOTS. For clothing and bedding where breathability matters, hard to beat.
How they started
MagicLinen was started by its founder at her kitchen table, who recalled linen being used for special family occasions in childhood. Unable to find linen basics that fitted her family's modern lifestyle, she designed her own, beginning with a few bedding sets made for friends and family.

MagicLinen products carry Oeko-Tex certification, confirming they are free from harmful substances. Its linens are produced locally in Vilnius, Lithuania to reduce transport emissions, and its primary packaging is 100% compostable, made from cornstarch and PBAT, breaking down within six months.
