Organic Basics
Underwear, basics and activewear in GOTS organic cotton and TENCEL.
GOTS Organic / TENCEL — flagged items only
Is Organic Basics GOTS certified?
Organic Basics states GOTS certification. I don't have a licence number on file for it, so I've recorded the claim without confirming the number.
- Covers
- GOTS certification covers the brand's certified range. Everything listed here sits inside it; the brand also sells items that don't.
- What that doesn't tell you
- Without a licence number I can't confirm the scope myself, so treat this as the brand's own statement.

Faye's take
GOTS organic cotton and TENCEL across most of the range, but they also run a recycled-nylon activewear line — so it's flagged item by item rather than range-wide. Their organic cotton basics are some of the best-cut underwear on the market.
What they report
Organic Basics is a Certified B Corporation and has published an Impact Report 2025. It partners with Made2Flow to measure greenhouse gas emissions, water use and land use across its supply chain, and runs a take-back programme.
