OvineCorrections

Corrections & right of reply

Everything I publish about a shop comes from a record I could read and link to — a certifier's register, a company's own page, a government register, a regulator's decision. Records go out of date, and I can read one wrongly. When that happens I want to know, and I want to fix it.

Asking for a correction

Email support@ovinewithfaye.com with the shop's name, the line you think is wrong, and — if you have it — the source that shows the right position. A licence number, a register entry or a link to your own published page is the fastest route.

I'll review it and reply within 14 days. If a record is wrong it gets corrected, and the page shows the date it was last checked.

Right of reply

If a brand disagrees with something I hold and the record itself is accurate, I'll publish a reasonable reply or contradiction from that brand alongside the relevant record, so both are read together. Reasonable means: on the point, of a sensible length, and free of anything I'd be unable to publish.

Where nothing was found

"Not found" is a statement about my search, not about a company. If something exists and I missed it, tell me where it lives and I'll add it with its link.

Ovine takes no money from brands. Nobody pays to score well here.
