On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Ovine. Cancel at least a day before the 7 days end and you pay nothing. Cancel later and you keep access until the end of the year you've paid for.

Payments go through Apple, so refunds are requested at reportaproblem.apple.com. Your 14-day cancellation right is explained in the terms. If you're stuck, email us and we'll help.

Each kind of product has its own fixed rules, written from published research and the law. The letter shows where a product sits under those rules, and every product explains why, step by step. How Faye grades

Faye gives no letter when she can't read enough of the label to be fair, and she says what's missing. No letter is not a bad letter.

A clothing barcode doesn't say what the garment is made of. The care label does, so Faye reads the label itself.

You can tell Faye the ages of the children at home, and whether anyone is pregnant or breastfeeding. Each product then shows what changes for them. A rule can lower a letter or mark a product to avoid, never raise one.

On the device you set them on, not in your Ovine account. When Faye reads a product, she uses them to say what changes for your household.

If the product is in the members' catalogue, the link opens it in the Ovine app. Otherwise it opens the shop page in Safari, ready for Faye. Someone without the app sees a page with the product, its letter and what it is.

The Safari extension comes with your membership and shows Faye's full analysis. The Chrome extension is free: sign in and it shows the product's picture, her letter and what the product is. Safari and Chrome
